Introduction – In order to continue in the process of submitting a credit application for loan, we will provide you with disclosures, information, notices and documents that are related to your application electronically. This form, the Consent for Electronic Documents, informs you of your rights when you receive these documents electronically. When you agreed to receive electronic documents, you acknowledge the receipt of this Consent for Electronic Documents, and you agree to the electronic delivery of these documents via the World Wide Web to the e-mail address that you have designated on your application. All loan packages are mailed via overnight delivery.
Software and Hardware Requirements - you must determine if you have the necessary hardware and software described below. Before you are able to receive your documents electronically, in order to access and retain your documents electronically, you will need the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The electronic documents will be delivered in PDF format.
Withdrawing Consent - your consent to receive your documents electronically at any time may be withdrawn by contacting Lenders Financial Group by email at: contactus@LendersFinancialGroup.com .. Lenders Financial Group will continue the loan process and non-electronic form at no additional charge with the exception of e-mail communications. The legal validity and enforceability of prior of electronic documents will not be affected if you decide to withdraw your consent and you will not have the option to later receive your documents electronically.
Copies - you may email Lenders Financial Group by email at contactus@LendersFinancialGroup.com. and request a copy of your documents at no charge.
Updating Your Contact Information - you may update your electronic or mailing address by contacting Lenders Financial Group by email at contactus@LendersFinancialGroup.com.
