DISCLOSURE - By submitting your application to Lenders Financial Group (LFG) you confirm you understand that LFG is partially owned by principals of National Legal Professional Associates which has no control whatsoever concerning the processing of this loan application. You also understand that your choice as to an attorney to represent you or your family member that will be financed by LFG is your decision and that you have the right to retain counsel of your own choice.
If you are borrowing funds to pay for a legal team in the defense of a criminal matter, you also understand that your liability to repay the loan secured through the associated lenders of LFG have absolutely nothing to do with whether the legal matter for which you are obtaining financing is successfully resolved. You further understand that no representations other than those contained in this application have been made to you and that LFG cannot make any guarantees as to the outcome of your legal matter for which you are obtaining financing and that it has no control over the case strategy pursued by the attorney that you hire utilizing the funds made available by LFG.
I agree and consent to provide to LFG for its use in assisting me obtain a lender my private credit information such as social security number, date of birth, address, employment information and credit references. I am aware that LFG will maintain this information in its files to only be provided to potential lenders for my loan request. I confirm that I have read and understand the foregoing and am ready to proceed with my loan application. I also understand that if LFG is successful in obtaining a loan for me, that LFG reserves the right to publish my successful outcome on their website and in their mailings. I understand that LFG will maintain my privacy and will not release any personal or identifying information in doing so.
